REFUND POLICY

Should you wish to return an item, a full refund (less special delivery upgrade postage, if originally purchased) will be issued, provided the item is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery) and is in its original condition. Please note personalised or customised orders are non-returnable.
