DELIVERY OPTIONS EXPLAINED
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday via Royal Mail.

This means if you order on a Friday at 2pm, your order will be dispatched on Monday. 'Next working day' refers to Monday - Friday.

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 48 for our standard deliveries and this will be scanned as delivered at the point of delivery.

For UK Express orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and this will not require a signature upon arrival. Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.

For UK Next Day orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm. This will require a signature upon arrival.

For international orders, your order will be delivered by your local postal service and may require a signature upon arrival.
